Diagnostic scope
Diagnosis not only looks at content generation, but also checks how the data enters the process, who makes the judgment, where the results flow, and whether the modification opinions can be settled.
| Observation object | Need to record |
|---|---|
| Task | Frequency, time taken, waiting, rework and exceptions. |
| Information | Responsible for source, version, permissions, accuracy and updates. |
| rules | Brand requirements, product facts, prohibited expressions and review criteria. |
| Role | doers, reviewers, approvers, and human judgment that must be retained. |
| result | Quality, turnaround time, channel fit, documentation and follow-up feedback. |
Advance steps
- Choose a high-frequency and clearly defined marketing task;
- Interview actual practitioners and collect a representative sample;
- Draw the current process and mark time-consuming, duplication, waiting and risks;
- Determine which steps are suitable for automatic processing and which ones must be manually confirmed;
- Define the target process, input and output, exception handling and acceptance indicators;
- Develop scenario priorities and phased implementation recommendations.
Typical delivery
- Current status process and problem map;
- Candidate scenario scoring and prioritization;
- Material, system, authority and personnel preparation checklist;
- target processes and human oversight;
- Validation samples, baselines and acceptance methods;
- Description of implementation phases, risks and scope.
When is it not advisable to build immediately?
If the product facts have not yet been unified, the process changes every day, there is no business owner, real samples cannot be provided, or the goal is just to "look like using AI", you should sort out the basic conditions first. The correct conclusion that may be drawn from the diagnosis is not to build it for the time being.
Prioritize a process that is real, repeatable, and reversible. First confirm the quality and responsibility boundaries, and then expand to more channels or automated actions.
